Maryfrances “Frannie” Miller

Dr. Miller is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Agricultural Business at New Mexico State University. She is an NMSU alum, with a B.S. in Animal Science and an M.S. in Agricultural Economics. Her Ph.D. is from University of Texas at Dallas in Public Policy and Political Economy. She has considerable youth development experience, as well as farm and ranch level research. Dr. Miller works on the Youth Development (Extension & Outreach) Team and the System Performance & Sustainability Team.
