Jerry is an Assistant Professor and STEM Extension Specialist in the Animal and Comparative Biomedical Sciences Department at the University of Arizona. His current research focuses on food safety, water quality and transmission of pathogens in indoor environments, while his Extension work revolves around planning and hosting various STEM-related summer camps and workshops that focus on animal science, engineering, food safety, and chemistry topics.
