Clark is a Professor in the Department of Applied Economics at Oregon State University. He also leads the AgBiz Logic online decision tool program at OSU, a key legacy of the Regional Approaches to Climate Change (REACCH) project. He is responsible for overseeing the development of economic and financial assessments of technology investment strategies, with the aim of strengthening sustainable business models in agriculture. His areas of interest are technology assessment, adoption and commercialization, business model innovations and strategies, supply chain management and value chain analysis.
