Dr. Skelton is an Associate Professor (Extension 4-H Youth Development) and Director of the Extension and Research Youth Agricultural Science Center at New Mexico State University. He works with Dr. Paul Gutierrez and contributes his expertise to youth development activities (4-H) in the Extension and Outreach Component of the SBAR Project.
