Educators
Middle and High school science educators are selected to work with graduate fellows and SBAR staff to create and implement SBAR-themed lessons in their classrooms over the course of a yearlong partnership. Summer professional development and lesson creation workshops are held each year, where educators can interact with SBAR researchers and UA scientists, learn and practice new pedagogical tools, and develop and refine lessons and activities. Educators receive paid stipends and provide rich learning spaces for SBAR Graduate Fellows.
